Services in Progress
For services that are currently in progress:

- If 25-50% of the work is completed, you may receive a 50% refund
- If more than 50% of the work is completed, refunds are at our discretion based on the specific circumstances
Completed Services
Once services have been completed and delivered, refunds are generally not available. However, we will consider refund requests if:
- The delivered work significantly deviates from the service description
- We failed to deliver work within a reasonable timeframe and did not communicate delays
- The work does not meet the quality standards outlined in the service description
Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:
- Change of mind after services have been delivered

- If approved, refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days
